Is the price fixed in advance?
For trips on our price list (inside Paris, Paris to Orly, Paris to CDG) and for chauffeur hire of 3, 6 or 8 hours, the price shown (VAT included) is fixed. Other trips are quoted.
Is my booking immediate?
Generally yes: we check driver and vehicle availability, then confirm your booking. For an immediate or urgent booking, it is better to contact us directly by phone or on WhatsApp: it will be simpler and faster than going through the website.
Which vehicle will I get?
Vehicles are offered subject to the availability of our partner drivers. The category is chosen when you book and the exact model is confirmed with your booking.
Which areas do you cover?
Mainly Paris and the Île-de-France region. Trips anywhere in France are possible on request, subject to availability and by quote.
